Grateful for "Wrong Roads"

It's been a while since I've written here, but I wanted to share a Mormon Message I came across this past week.

Watch it!! It's a good one :)

When we come across trials and realize we're going down the "wrong road," I never thought about it in the way Elder Holland explained it. Sometimes, Heavenly Father sends us down the wrong road to have us know with a surety that the "other" is the right road.

If we keep believing and keep trusting that He has a plan for us, He'll send us down that right path that's been planned for us.

Whether it be with school, careers, relationships, or whatever else it may be, it's not our will, but His will that will be done.

I think I've come to know that whatever obstacles or hardship that come my way, all will be well in the end. Whether it's a moment of sadness and heartache, or fear and anger, Heavenly Father will never abandon us to figure it out ourselves. No trial is impossible to overcome, and that's because we will never be given one we can't handle.

We will all come across our own "wrong roads," some more than others, but take it in as an experience that will help us grow and strengthen our faith and testimony in Him. No matter how long or short that wrong road may be, know that with faith, we'll get back on the right one.

He loves us more than we can comprehend, and His love will always be there for us whether we think we are deserving of His love. Don't fear when things seem like they're not going right, because eventually, we'll get right back on track to be with Him again.
